Spring water

Chamonix Spring water - Thirst For Life
Nestled among ancient oak trees in the foothills of the Franschhoek Mountains, lies a farm unlike any other. It’s known as Cape Chamonix Wine Farm, but for most of its existence it was part of the ancient Huguenot estate, La Cotte.

Beauty this estate possesses in abundance. Also, springs of crystalline mountain water. And since the people of Chamonix are deeply concerned about the purity of their water, hygiene and cleaning procedures are monitored daily, quality control is done hourly and the water is bottled at source, using the latest machinery & technology.

A low mineral content gives Chamonix its signature clean taste. Chamonix spring water comes in different varieties: still, sparkling and soda. A wide range of flavoured waters is available from at Woolworth's supplied by Chamonix : Peach, Mixed Berry, Twist of Lemon, Dry Lemon, Ginger Ale, Mulberry, Blackcurrant and Pride Naartjie. With the exception of the Dry Lemon and Ginger Ale, all flavoured waters are low in calories.

Note that no artificial flavours or colourants are added to the water. After a visit to Chamonix one realises that a concern for purity runs like a golden thread through the estate’s daily operations – and into the bottles of spring water.

Chamonix spring water is available in 500 ml and 1 Lt bottles. If your fancy is not for water, but for something headier, head on to Chamonix’s vineyards and orchards.
